This chapter focuses on the government’s two additional teacher-witnesses: David Roberson and Robert “Chuck” Lewis. Roberson, Lewis, and Jesse Stegall were close friends who worked at Rowan High School, and who were determined to changing things in Forrest County by becoming voters.
